A recent clinical study found that taking RelaxPLX® 1–2 hours before bedtime supported the body’s natural melatonin production.

A recent clinical study (pending publication) evaluated RelaxPLX® in adults with self-reported poor sleep quality. Using actigraphy to assess sleep parameters, the study observed statistically significant improvements compared to placebo.

Participants experienced a 28% reduction in sleep latency (time taken to fall asleep), a 3.3% increase in sleep efficiency, and a 26.4% decrease in wake time after sleep onset (WASO). These results suggest that RelaxPLX® may support improvements in multiple aspects of sleep quality in individuals experiencing occasional sleep difficulties.
